DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN MALAYSIA ONLY

We offer tracking number shipping to addresses within Malaysia for any order made on our online store. Parcels are usually delivered within 2 - 5 working days.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

To enhance the shopping experience, we provide same-day delivery service via Lalamove to ensure you can receive your products quickly. This service coverage area in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor state only.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For any order placed on our online store, we provide tracking number shipping service, international shipping is limited to Singapore and Brunei only. Packages are usually delivered within 5 - 7 working days.

When you place an order, the shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout page. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and dependent on the number and type of products.

 

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES / VAT

Countries may apply custom duties, or VAT taxes on shipments received from overseas. Please note that any associated duties, domestic charges or other additional taxes are to be borne by the customer. We will do our best to ensure the best shipping experience, however much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your domestic countries’ officials and mail systems.
